Congratulations to the University of Alberta Golden Bears and Pandas for capturing the 2020 Men’s and Women’s Western Canadian Championship titles. This is the fourteenth consecutive Western Championship title for each of the teams.
The Pandas defeated the UBC Thunderbirds 5-2. The Golden Bears defeated UBC 6-1.
The Golden Bears and Pandas have now qualified for the National University Championships happening August 14-16, 2020. The Pandas will compete in Montreal and the Golden Bears in Toronto.
