Mega Courts, Calgary’s newest indoor tennis facility, is hiring a Tennis Director to lead and expand its tennis operations. Starting in September 2026, the facility is expanding to feature eight fully dedicated tennis courts, alongside its existing facilities.
The Tennis Director will oversee the entire tennis division, driving participation and building a vibrant club community. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing innovative adult and junior programming, including leagues, clinics, private lessons, and junior development pathways from Red Ball to High Performance.
- Growing overall tennis participation and revenue through strategic pricing, packaging, and promotional collaborations.
- Leading, recruiting, and mentoring the coaching team to ensure consistent, high-quality standards across all levels.
- Managing court allocation and scheduling while optimizing utilization alongside overall facility operations.
- Organizing engaging member events, socials, and tournaments to build a strong sense of community and enhance retention.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus a performance-based incentive structure tied to revenue growth.
