June Is Tennis Month
Launched in 2024 by Tennis Canada and the Provincial and Territorial Tennis Associations (PTTAs), the inaugural celebration featured over 60 events from coast to coast. In 2025, we’re aiming even higher with more events, more players, and more fun.
We’re calling on clubs, municipalities, schools, coaches, and all tennis providers to help grow the game and bring communities together through Tennis Month.

Hosts receive a merchandise package with giveaways and prizes to enhance the event experience.
You can also amplify your event through the Rogers First Set Platform—a new web app connecting kids, clubs, and providers across Canada. Participants earn points by completing tennis activities, climbing a national leaderboard that encourages fun and community engagement.

Girls. Set. Match. Event
Tennis Canada, in partnership with National Bank, is advancing gender equality in tennis with a long-term strategy.
Girls. Set. Match. offers girls aged 10-13 a chance to play team tennis and participate in reflection activities, all while making friends and having fun. Tennis Canada will support your facility with an event guide, marketing materials, leadership passports, and stickers and pens.
Tennis Alberta Roadshow
The Tennis Alberta RoadShow is hitting the road this Spring and Summer, bringing tennis fun to outdoor clubs across the province with activities for both children and adults!
Facilities can choose between two event formats: a festival-style event to attract new members with activities like Try Tennis, a speed gun for serving competitions, and our Smash Tent, or a more instructional approach with junior and adult clinics, plus exhibition matches from top players.
The 2025 Dunlop Racquets will be available for demo, and a Dunlop representative may be on-site during your event.
Tennis Alberta is excited to bring this half-day RoadShow (approximately three hours) to member clubs at no charge.
For more details or to book your event, please email Mary Potter.
National Bank Family Tennis Days
With support from National Bank, Tennis Alberta will partner with member clubs to host a series of Family Tennis Days. These events will feature fun recreational match play for players of all skill levels, with activities like parent/child doubles matches. It’s an opportunity for families to enjoy free tennis programming in their local community and have a positive, fun experience together.
Tennis Alberta will provide player gifts, a communication toolkit, marketing materials, and registration assistance through tournament software to support your event.
