AGM NOTICE 2018

*** The AGM will no longer be available by video conference. Delegates from outside Edmonton or Calgary will have the option to participate by conference call. Information about the conference call will be available to delegates who have RSVPd.***

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at locations in Edmonton and in Calgary. These are the most central locations for the club membership and we hope that attendance will be high. The 12:00pm start time should allow clubs plenty of time to get there, and then be home at a reasonable time in the afternoon.

If you have a club member serving on the Board of Directors, remember to send a separate club delegate. It is important that we have good representation from the clubs as the decisions that are made at the AGM will affect all members.

The Board and Staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have at the Annual General Meeting. We respectfully request that any major questions, issues, concerns or suggestions be submitted in writing to the office a minimum of two weeks prior to the AGM.

Peter Ogilvie, Executive Director, will accept proxies no later than 1 week prior to the AGM, so you must file your proxies with him prior to the AGM. If you have any questions regarding the AGM, please do not hesitate to contact the office. We look forward to seeing you on December 1, 2018
