Tennis Alberta continues to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, communicating with other provincial tennis organizations and Tennis Canada, and looking to the most up-to-date recommendations from the all levels of government.

Tennis Alberta has suspended all tennis tournaments and provincial re-groupings until April 30th. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and communicate any changes to all stakeholders by means of social media, email and website.

Tennis Canada, following the announcements made by other  the WTA, ATP and ITF has postponed all scheduled tournaments until June 8th. (READ THE ANNOUNCEMENT HERE).

UPDATE: Tennis Alberta has consulted with Tennis Canada and the Rogers Rankings have been “frozen.”

As of March 16th, Tennis Alberta staff has been advised to work from home to minimize the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Tennis Alberta can be reached by contacting info@tennisalberta.com or leaving a voicemail at 780-415-1661 that will be returned as soon as possible. We are working to ensure there is a minimal service disruption to our membership and clubs during this time.
